All countries in blue have coverage and drive on the right, all countries in red have coverage and drive on the left. The few purple countries have MINIMAL Trekker coverage.
Greenland
Greenland has a very unique landscape compared to all the other countries. So after playing greenland for a few rounds, you should be able to tell pretty easily. There is very minimal official coverage in Greenland, so you will most of the time be in a Trekker.

Canada
Canadian speed limit signs normally say MAXIMUM
while in the United States (Which uses the same signs) they say SPEED LIMIT

United States
The United States is normally easily recognizable, the only country you may mix it up with is Canada, yet when you are differentiating between the two you must know that the United States is one of the only covered countries to use MILES. Along with the United Kingdom, although they drive on the left side of the road compared to the United States on the right.

Mexico
Mexico is very easy to mix up between other Spanish and Portuguese speaking countries such as Argentina and Brazil. So therefore you need a very easy way to differentiate quickly. This lies in their power poles. Mexican power poles are normally concrete, in an octagonal shape, being the only country to do this.

Guatemala
Guatemala has a very unique car that is only seen in very little countries. This can easily be attributed to being Guatemala because there are only two spanish speaking countries that often show up using this vehicle. One of which being Guatemala, and the other Dominican Republic. Although they can be easily differentiated by this key fact. The Guatemala car has a roof rack with a thin middle black strip. The Dominican Republic car has a thick black strip. See image for example.

Dominican Republic
Dominican republic has the same hint as Guatemala. The car. The Dominican Republic car has a roof rack, and the country speaks Spanish. To differentiate from Guatemala, the roof rack in this country has a thick black strip.

Puerto Rico
The Puerto Rican car has a long antenna coming off of the passenger side of the car. Along with the mix of Latin American and United States influence, some English and Spanish on signs you should be able to tell with Puerto Rico.

Curaçao
Curcao uses a Guatemala styled car while speaking Dutch, English and their native language. Although, to differentiate between the two cars, this car has a black patch showing in the coverage, along with a small white piece of tape on the roof rack.

Bermuda
On the main part of Bermuda, the Google car is a black car with a very large bit showing.

Providencia and San Andrés
These are two islands off the coast of Nicaragua. These two islands both use large cars but it may be important to tell the difference. You may also see Colombian flags around these islands.
